This is a unique program. It is designed to allow students a safer, more vibrant, and exciting way to learn. It also allows the teacher to express their enjoyment of teaching. Where are you able to connect with students all across the US – and even around the world? With this amazing platform, you can actually educate students from all over. And where will you be able to set your own earning potential? You can set your potential here with our unique homeschool system.
More states have allocated funds for homeschooling because of the pandemic. Here is a link to check to see if your state has these funds available.
FOR FUNDING:
This is a great marketing tool to help you establish your student base. Once you are approved for the program with us, you will get access to your back office through the FMS Vortex system. There you will have your own zoom link as well as training. You will also be working with an Instructor to help you through the process.
As a teacher, you will create your own YouTube channel. This will help to introduce yourself and note the grades and subjects you will be teaching. It also will allow you to create your own unique style and technique to use in your teaching. We want good, quality education; and we want excitement, uniqueness as well as enthusiasm in presenting your subject matter to the student. Your pay will be determined by your ability to appeal to the masses. The more knowledge, attraction, and appeal you have in presenting yourself as a teacher, the more potential you have to earn.
We will be “branding” our Teachers, and looking to get them EXPOSURE to the world. This will drive STUDENTS to them DIRECTLY in some cases, and thus receiving Compensation.
Criteria and Requirements For Application:
We are an exceptional online education alternative that is different from any other platform. Because of that, we want to make sure that all involved in the program are also exceptional. We want loving, compassionate, exciting, enthusiastic as well as educated teachers in our program. No couch potatoes or others out just looking to make a paycheck. We are here to pay it forward and want to find like-minded people who are looking for an exceptional opportunity to grow. Is that you?
Here are the criteria we are looking for in Online Education Alternative teachers:
- 4-year degree in teaching
- Experience in teaching. College graduates and retired teachers are encouraged to apply.
- Must really love to teach; have something to offer outside the ordinary. Not looking for someone to just earn a paycheck.
- You will need to join the FMS Vortex, through DTCA. This is where you will find instructions and payment information.
- Create a YouTube channel and video showcasing your unique qualifications and talent. Introduce yourself to your potential students and their families. (Training and instruction will be provided if needed.)
- Dedication and definitely a strong commitment to the program
- Willingness to be above reproach and to set a higher standard in education from the traditional school systems.
